1. FIELD OF APPLICATION

Our company markets the products listed on this site, mainly targeting professional customers (users understood as artisans, professionals, traders, wholesalers, retailers, etc.). In this case the customer ensures that the purchase of the products takes place for exclusively professional purposes, i.e. related to his/her work activity. We decline any responsibility due to improper use of the goods offered for sale.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer, with reference to the Legislative Decree of 22 May 1999, n. 185, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the goods by returning the purchased material at your own expense to the address Efitrade c/o Bart Srl Via Pietro magistretti 9 20128 Milan. 3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The Customer, by email confirming his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe the general and payment conditions indicated below in his relations with Efitrade, declaring that he has read and accepted all the instructions given to him provided pursuant to the regulations mentioned above. The customer also acknowledges that Efitrade does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing. The General Conditions of Sale must be examined by the Customers of the IlManometro site before confirming their purchases. Sending the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of these General Conditions of Sale and their full acceptance.
The Customer undertakes, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions of sale, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process.
The Customer is strictly prohibited from entering false, and/or invented, and/or imaginary data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; the personal data and email must be exclusively real data and not third party or fictional data.
It is expressly prohibited to make double registrations corresponding to a single company/consumer or enter third party data. Efitrade reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers
4. BILLING
The sale is carried out under the advantageous tax regime pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 54 to 89 of Law 190/2014 as amended by law no. 208/2015 and law 145/2018 therefore not subject to VAT. We issue an electronic invoice together with the shipment of orders whose amount is not less than €50.00. For orders without VAT number or less than €50.00 we issue a regular receipt.
The goods travel with DDT which is not valid for tax purposes pursuant to art. 22, Presidential Decree n. 633/1972; circ. 9.8.1975, n. 27/501706
5. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
The availability of the products visible on the site approaches values close to 100%. The purchased products are delivered throughout CEE I via the services listed on the shipping page to the address indicated by the Customer as the shipping address. Product deliveries will take place on all working days. In the event that the ordered product(s) are not in stock (even if available on the ilManometro website), the customer will be informed of the necessary times for the new delivery via e-mail or in the current orders section of their account.
Indicatively, without this entailing any constraints for Efitrade and subject to the availability of the products on the market as well as any causes of force majeure, the goods will be delivered with the following timing:
- with bank transfer the shipment will be entrusted to the courier within 24/48 hours of receipt of the credit;
- via PaylPal (involves a commission),
- Credit card or Postepay
An exception will be made for the islands, Calabria and smaller locations, for which 72 hours are expected.
Delivery times are indicative and in any case to be considered valid if there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: incorrect addresses, force majeure events). The transport contribution, to be added to the price of the products purchased, will be calculated automatically by the system.
6. SHIPMENTS
Shipments are made using the shipping means available at this link https://www.ilmanometro.com/it/content/1-Spedizioni.
The goods travel on behalf and at the risk of the buyer. Any damage or tampering occurring during transport can be reported to the courier exclusively with insured shipping and by collecting the package with the words "With reserve". The insurance does not cover any additional costs. otherwise Efitrade declines all responsibility. For Venice, the Island of Elba and smaller and disadvantaged locations, shipping will be carried out by postal service .
7. DELIVERY DELAY
It is possible that the package may not arrive within the times established or proposed on the ilManometro website. It's ours. However, it is customary to send everyone a notification email on the day the shipment takes place. By indicating your mobile number in your registry, you will also receive an SMS from the courier with the number, delivery times (approximate) and link to the courier's website to be able to locate the shipment. 9. PAYMENTS
Payment for the products purchased and the related shipping costs must be made by the customer in the following ways:

10. PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products are covered by the 24-month warranty and will apply to the product that presents defects of conformity and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence and in compliance with its intended purpose. or as provided in any technical documentation, with compliance with the various operating rules indicated therein. Additional costs such as shipping costs are excluded from the guarantee
However, the aforementioned guarantee will not be applicable in case of negligence or carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product.
11. RESI
The goods are delivered ex our Efitrade warehouse c/o Bart Srl via magistretti 9 - 20128 - Milan and must be agreed in advance via email. Unless otherwise provided by the customer, shipment takes place carriage paid. The material travels at the customer's risk. Any complaints can only be accepted if notified by e-mail within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the material; after this period any right to complaint lapses. Under no circumstances will we accept returns of goods that have undergone particular processes such as: flanging, degreasing using oxygen, filling with glycerine, etc.
Returns must follow the following conditions:
- They must be accompanied by your return note or document showing the reference delivery note number, customer name and clear reason for the return
- The products must be in the same condition in which they were received
- The packaging and labels must be intact or in the same conditions as supplied
- The return must be communicated within 24 hours of receipt and the material must be sent back within 14 days from the date of receipt.
12. REFUND
we will proceed with the transmission of the credit order relating to the cost of the goods shipped within 30 working days following the shipment of the goods by the customer and in any case not before receiving the goods. The refund will be paid by bank transfer or via PayPal. The costs of returning the goods to the sender remain the responsibility of the Customer.
NOTE: From the moment the customer opens the packaging, Efitrade declines all responsibility. All products (original packaging, accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained) sent back by the customer will be checked by the "RETURNS SERVICE", which takes an average of 5 days to carry out a complete check.
13. LEGAL NOTE
This contract will be governed by Italian law and for any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution the Customer accepts the jurisdiction of the Italian state and, in any case, the application of the Italian law in force at the time of the dispute, regardless of his domicile. or from its headquarters
