Shipping
Your package can be shipped with the following services
- SDA courier departing from our warehouse every day following receipt of payment (rate automatically calculated based on weight). Delivery is expected within 2/3 days on the peninsula, 4/5 days for the Islands. On the day of shipment, the courier sends a warning email with a link and number where you can verify the shipment. The service includes delivery against the recipient's signature. In case of non-delivery, they leave a notice and try again a second time. If they don't find anyone even the second time, the package remains in storage with your additional costs. The Service is not available for post office boxes.
IN ANY CASE for Venice, Elba Island and smaller and disadvantaged locations the shipment will be made by postal parcel the day after receipt of payment. There is no home call service. Delivery times vary from 3 to 5 working days
